Data Deletion Request

At Faceless Post you can ask us to delete your personal data and any information from the social accounts you connected (such as Instagram or Facebook) at any time. We’ll remove your data from our systems, including your stored access tokens, scheduled posts, and automation records.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include:

• The email address you use to sign in to Faceless Post.
• The connected account(s) you want removed (e.g. your Instagram or Facebook username), if any.

What happens next

We’ll confirm your request and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days. Once complete, we’ll email you a confirmation. You can also disconnect any social account instantly from your account settings, which immediately revokes our access and stops all publishing and automations for that account.
