This Privacy Policy explains how Faceless Post (“we”, “us”), operated and powered by Sechno, collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our AI social media scheduling service. We keep it plain and we keep it minimal — we only collect what we need to run the Service.

Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email, and billing details when you create an account.
• Connected accounts: access tokens for the social platforms you connect, used only to schedule and publish your content.
• Content: the media, captions, and schedules you create in the app.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how you use the Service to help us improve it.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service: publishing your scheduled content, generating AI captions, processing payments, and providing support. We do not sell your personal data, and we never post anything to your accounts that you did not schedule or approve.

Connected social accounts

When you connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, we store the access tokens needed to publish on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly from the platform, which immediately stops all publishing to that account.

How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data or your Google user data, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose data only in these limited cases:

• Social platforms you connect (YouTube/Google, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) — when you schedule a post, we send that content and the media you chose to the platform's official API to publish on your behalf.
• Service providers (sub-processors) that operate the Service under contract: cloud hosting and file/object storage, our database provider, our payment processor, and email/SMS notification providers. They may process data only to provide their service to us.
• AI providers used for optional features (e.g. caption and title generation) — only the text or prompt you submit for that feature is sent.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the Service.
• Business transfer — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

Google User Data Policy, Sharing & Disclosures

Faceless Post's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. What Google User Data We Access and How It Is Used

When you authenticate your Google / YouTube account, we access:

• Google profile & email: Used solely to identify your account and display your channel name and avatar in your connected channels dashboard.
• YouTube permissions: Used solely to upload, schedule, and publish video content and thumbnails that you explicitly create and approve, and to retrieve video publication status and view counts.

2. With Whom We Share, Transfer, or Disclose Google User Data

We strictly limit the sharing and transfer of Google user data as follows:

• No sale or trade: We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade Google user data to any third parties under any circumstances.
• No sharing with third parties: We do not share, disclose, or transfer Google user data to any external third parties, advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
• Direct transfer to Google only: Your video files, metadata, and scheduled posts are transmitted directly to Google / YouTube via the official YouTube Data API endpoints to perform your requested publishing actions.
• No advertising use: We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including personalized, targeted, interest-based, or retargeted advertising.
• No AI/ML model training: Google user data is never used or transferred to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
• Secure hosting sub-processors: Google OAuth tokens and publication logs are stored in our encrypted database hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. These infrastructure providers operate as confidential data processors under strict contractual data protection agreements and have no right to access, inspect, or use your data.
• Human access restrictions: Our employees and contractors are prohibited from reading or viewing Google user data unless you provide explicit consent for technical troubleshooting, it is strictly necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.

3. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3/1.2 and encrypted at rest in our database.

You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time from your account settings under Channels. Disconnecting an account immediately and permanently purges all stored tokens from our database. Furthermore, you can revoke Faceless Post's access at any time through your Google Security Settings (Permissions).

Payments & security

We do not store your full credit card details. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. All data is transmitted over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections and stored securely.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. To make a request, email [email protected].
