Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Faceless Post ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Connected social accounts

The Service publishes content to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook) on your behalf using their official APIs. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s own terms of service and community guidelines. You grant us permission to access and publish to the accounts you connect solely to provide the Service.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the content you upload and schedule. You are solely responsible for that content and confirm you have the rights to publish it. We do not claim ownership of your content and only process it to deliver the scheduling and publishing features you request.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, to spam, or to violate the rules of any connected platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

7. Availability & changes

We work hard to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party platform APIs may change or fail in ways outside our control. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faceless Post is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of reach, revenue, or data arising from use of the Service or from actions taken by connected third-party platforms.
